Calm Reflections Yoga
Class Titles & Descriptions Hatha Yoga - This class starts you in a calm, relaxed place so you feel renewed. It then warms you up so that you can move into some slow sun salutations. Expect to stretch and work your muscles and calm your mind. Intermediate Yoga/Vinyasa Flow - Learn to link your breath to movements as you flow through pose to pose. Flow yoga uses sun salutations as the basic building block of the class and adds other asana (poses) to that. Expect to build strength, increase flexibility, and decrease your feelings of stress through this class. Yin - This class consists mostly of seated and reclining movements. Each pose is held from 1-5 minutes to give time to allow your muscles to stretch. This style of yoga is good for beginners up through advanced yoga students. Yoga Stretch -This class begins by focusing on the breath and how to link the breath with the yoga poses. We will then begin moving into stretches followed by a 5-7 minute final resting pose, preparing your body for an injury and stress-free day. Strength & Stretch - This is a strength-based class using light and medium hand weights. It includes yoga stretches mixed with some moves from BARRE, and Pilates.
